Event Description:
The mission of the Volunteer Services Council is to provide mental health awareness to the community and to contribute to the quality of life of those served by Kerrville State Hospital. All proceeds will benefit the patients of the hospital.

Schreiner University, Trailhead Beer Garden, 2100 Memorial Blvd. Bldg. #11
Date/Time Information:

Individual Registration Price: $35 until June 10th. $40 on Race Day

Team/Family Registration Price: Minumum of 4 people per team.
Each member will get a $5 discount.

Race Day: Saturday, June 11th

Woohoo! Let’s have a Saturday Run-day Fun-day!

8:00am – Participant check-in and race-day registration

8:15am – Participants gather at the starting line

8:30am – 5k and Fun Run start

10:00am – Awards Ceremony, Fun ‘n Games & Wrap-Up

11:00am – Begin planning for “Shatter the Stigma” 2023!

REMEMBER: Before and after the race, participants, vendors and attendees are invited to enjoy live music, snacks, lawn games and community fellowship!

Pre-Race Packet Pickup Special Event: Friday, June 10th

This is NOT your average race packet pickup, folks!

When: 5:30pm-7:00pm at Schreiner University’s Trailhead Beer Garden

During our race packet pickup event, all 5k and Fun Run participants are invited to enjoy live music, family friendly lawn games (washers, cornhole, ladder golf, giant Jenga, Kan Jam) and food/beverages (for purchase) at Schreiner’s food truck and beer garden.
