The Doyle Community Center is proud to present our second annual “One of A Kind” music night on April 21st. With a stellar lineup including Greg Bitkower, Konrad Wert, Danny Flores, Chan Ramos, Lee and Karen Hale, The Ghosts of the Pleasure Garden and the incomparable Ashley Valero and our very own Clifton Fifer, Jr, this will be a night of music not to be missed.
This evening of music will feature something for everyone, gospel music, Country and Hispanic stylings from Mr. Flores and Mr. Ramos, Blues from the Ghosts of the Pleasure Garden and Ashley will sing her classic “At Last” which rivals Etta James herself. Come out and help celebrate the history of music in Kerrville and relive memories of the juke joints that were popular in the Doyle area.
The event will be held in the event room of the Doyle Community Center and will feature a night of singing, food and drinks and Clifton will be teaching some dance moves in between sets. “Everyone should learn the Electric Slide and the Cupid Shuffle”, says Fifer.
Make plans now to attend this one of a kind evening at the Doyle Center on April 21st from 6:00 pm— 8:00 pm. The Doyle Community Center is located at 110 West Barnett Street in Kerrville.
